Focus on the Real - Gratitude

Our Summer Solstice moment has moved on, and the beautiful Full Moon in Sagittarius crowned the evening sky with its orange, golden radiance.

Did you do a Solstice ceremony? If not, go ahead and do one as soon as you can. It does not have to be with a group. It does not have to be complex. What is important is using this time, this energy to claim what is already yours.

We all want to feel safe; loved; financially solvent; capable; accomplished; happy; and fulfilled.

As we put the immediate moment of the Summer Solstice behind us, our intention must be to remain focused on what is real in our life, and what we can attract to our life.

It is not too late to create your written intentions. It is not too late to practice the affirmations shared on Good Vibrations Radio(tm) by Rev. Charlotte Tinker: "Thank you for everything. I have no complaints whatsoever."

Don't complain or focus on what you believe is lacking in your life. Write clear intentions for what you want to have in your life.

With the Neptune in Pisces Retrograde energy we may also find ourselves desiring more and more and more. As if 'More' is the ingredient needed.

The first thing to do is accept, with gratitude, what we already have. "Thank you for everything. I have no complaints whatsoever."

Once we acknowledge, daily, our gratitude for what we have, we can move on to the intentions to enhance our lives. Regardless of where you are in your life here are the elements to be grateful for everyday:

1. I am grateful for the loving relationships in my life.

2. I am grateful for the home where I live.

3. I am grateful for the work I do that fulfills me.

4. I am grateful for the income I make that sustains me.

5. I am grateful for my health and wellbeing.

Use these as guides to create your gratitude statements. Keep them simple.

Going forward, don't be in a hurry to have more. Be committed to daily gratitude, and remember: "Thank you for everything. I have no complaints whatsoever."
